Michelle Pauley, Co-Founder of CCC Phx

Michelle is the Founder of Success Commercial Real Estate. Michelle is a forward thinker and a creative problem solver, bringing 15 years’ worth of experience as an investor, her Master’s in Business Administration, and her experience in Retail and Non-Profit Management to her work as a commercial real estate broker.

As an investor-turned-broker, she brings a unique perspective to her work. Michelle works tirelessly each day to CREate a Commercial Real Estate legacy for her clients. Her own legacy goal is to develop multiple affordable housing communities (with transitional housing options) in cities across the US.

CHarles Algire, Board Member

Chuck is the Business Development Director for Super Structures General Contractors (SSGC). He served over 27 years in the U.S. Army and combined with his civilian experience, brings a wealth of knowledge to Phoenix and its commercial/industrial growth. Quick witted and a straight talker, Chuck likes to get to the heart of projects and strives to make every one of them a success.

Scott Emrich, Board Member

Scott is the Principal and Founder of Mayhew Capital, a commercial lending intermediary focused on serving the commercial borrowing and finance needs of privately held firms, specialty lenders, lower middle-market companies, and commercial real estate investors.
